Today I have the old buzzard. This image also includes a Judith rock stamp in which I masked off and then stamped the buzzard to make it look as if he is behind the rocks and colored with Copic markers. The background is Cuttlebug emboss folder and the scalloped circles I punch with Maurvy punches. Also some oldies but goodies are the eyelets added for a little dimention. If you havent used eyelets you should give them a try , they can add a lot to your card or page.

Fab5 Domino
Here we go the start of another Fab5 project week. This month we are featuring Judith stamps. I have been wanting to do something with a big tin of dominos that have been lying around for quite some time now. Starting with the domino I used alcohol inks to color the background, having chosen meadow and butterscotch as colors I thought would go nicely with the Judith cone flower stamp. I used a Sharpie to write my name and added a sun charm and a pin back.
Hope you enjoy our week featuring Judith.

New light
I had a broken light cover ...... so I thought.... I can save and reuse! I save the bulb hugging part of the cover, "refinished" it with some copper alcohol ink. Now the cover part is packaging material I have saved from things like my Spellbinders and Tim Holtz dies. I Cut them with T.H. Tattered floral die and then colored them with my alcohol inks. They are all fasteded together with silver eyelets, yes I said eyelets. Does anybody use them anymore? I love them! Voila my new light cover. Anything goes when you are creating...... now get creative :)

Holiday tags
These are just a few of the Holiday tags that I made this year. The first two are made with card stock , cut with Spellbinders Holiday trees and embossed with Cuttlebug pointsettia folder on the first and the second embossed with Tim Holtz snowflakes folder. The reindeer are cut of leftover packaging material and then painted with T.H. paint daubers. The names are written on the unpainted side. This would allow you to "erase" the names with rubbing alcohol later if you choose to do so. The third lable is made of white card stock and red mirror card, and cut with Spellbinders ornaments dies.
Hope you all had a very safe and fun Holiday!
